At Call Your Mates, we believe that no one should be left without the mental health support they need. Based in the Hepburn Shire, we are dedicated to ensuring that people in our community can access additional mental health care when they need it most.

"Call Your Mates" carries many meanings, with one clear message—small reminders can make a big impact. Our Mission

We exist to bridge the gap in mental health support by providing financial assistance for individuals who have completed their government-subsidised 10-session mental health plan but still require ongoing care. Through our program, eligible individuals can receive an extra two subsidised sessions per year, helping to ease the burden of out-of-pocket costs.

Why It Matters

For many people, 10 sessions aren’t enough. Whether it’s ongoing anxiety, grief, depression, or other mental health challenges, continued care can make all the difference in recovery and well-being. Unfortunately, financial barriers often prevent individuals from accessing the help they need. That’s where Call Your Mates steps in—ensuring our community members can continue their journey toward better mental health without the added stress of affordability.
